This last Wednesday for our play group, we went to a Pumpkin Patch in Citrus Heights. Nathan's favorite part was the animals. Although he called everything a dog or a duck, he could have stood there for hours. Notice the cute monkey backpack on him? Well, that is his "leash." Yes, I broke down and bought one off of Craigslist. It came in handy when one time he wanted to run close to a tractor, and once by a pony. I did take the tail off (the leash part) and let him run around quite a few times. He had lots of fun, but could care less about the pumpkin we brought home. I guess I could have rented a wheelchair, attached his leash to it and had him pull me around the zoo.
